Hi,
Well, I don't have too many experience about Canadian Banks, but this article show me that all the banks, around the world, have the same or similar problems. For sure, all the customers banks have two or more complain in common, and the most frequents are: Excessive fees and Band customers service. I had a really bad experience with a Comlombian Bank the last year. I was in China and my debit card stopped working at the ATM, so I was without money and wrote to the bank from Shanghai and them told me: "Sorry, you have to call us at the Colombian working hours" They were driving me crazy!! I was in another country and I couldn't call them because I didn't have and international phone service. So, I searched their page and then I found an online service to activate your credit or debit card when someone is not in Colombia. When I solve my debit card problem, I wanted to give them a piece of my mind, because there was a simple solution and may be the bank doesn't care about the train and the information that the customer service Rep. gives everyday to the customers. To me, in that situation, the bank should messed up my trip in China and for sure they were not going to felt sorry about that! In conclusion the banks don't have good customers service or don't give the correct information.

Vowel sounds and Consonant sounds
Hi,
My fisrt language is Spanish. So, the Consonants sounds that we don´t have are: sh / th / Th / Zh / Ng. And the Vowels sounds that we neither have are: Ay / Ey / o / uw/ aw / ^. Spanish is a language that it´s a little bit stress. So the sounds that we don´t have as in English language, challenge me to get better and practice it. May be, those ones are the ones that requires a pronunciation with the tongue in different positions and for sure the teeth and the palate are of great help.

IDIOM SET: Emotions and Feelings
Task 1:
Task 2:
When I was a child I was drawing with some marker and my brother wanted to know what I was drawing. I went to the bathroom and he took the opportunity to catch the marker and he try to bite it. Well his mouth turned blue!! When I saw him, I tried to make it up cleaning his face and brushing his teeth but it doesn't work at all!
So I had to told to my mom the truth. She was a little bit angry. I was very sorry about what happened but she understood that it was just and accident. At that moment I thought than may be she should hold a grudge because my brother was almost a baby. Of course, it didn't happened, she just clean him and told me that probably I had to be more careful.
No matter what you do, for any problem o situation just tell the truth an then find a solution or somebody to ask help.
